Kentucky Labor pack A derogatory term for Labor Party supporters and members. It describes a certain brand of takeaway food that would be full of left wings and parson’s noses for ALP buyers.

kerb crawling Driving a car slowly along seeking sexual partners.

kero Abbreviation of kerosene.

kewl A young person’s variation on cool or extra cool. Also kewlies.

Khyber Pass Rhyming slang for the arse.

kick 1. A pocket in the trousers. To hit the kick is to reach into the pocket for money. 2. An Aussie Rules player viewed in terms of his kicking skills. 3. A sudden burst of speed.

kick arse or kicks arse To be totally amazing, e.g. ‘The team really kicked arse today’. Also kick butt.

Kickastickalong or Kickatinalong An imaginery remote country town.

kick back To relax.

kick for the other team To be homosexual.

kick in To contribute to the cause.

kick in the teeth A setback.

kick off To start.

kick on To continue.

to kick the arse off an emu To feel in tip-top shape, ready to tackle anything.

king 1. Excellent. 2. An expert at something, e.g. ‘He was a euchre king’. 3. To king someone is to king-hit them.

king dick or king shit A term used by others to describe someone who thinks they are better than everyone else.
